SECRET TWO
There is great need for you to employ and increase your online advertisements in this season. Just as I wrote in the part 1 of this post that people are no more on the street but rather they are online. Since your potential customers are amongst the population you must go after them via the internet. However, for your online advertisements to work you must learn the rudiments that are required. Many people do advertise what they do or can do online without proper understanding of how online advertisements works.

“Friend, it’s more than posting the pictures of your products on Facebook and WhatsApp”

For online advertisements to work for your business. It must be strategic and you must be intentional.

Should I give you some tips on how to make online advertisements bring customers to your doorstep?
Huh?

1. Build Relationship First.
You need to show that you care about your customers first. People don’t want to be sold they are looking for people who can help them get what they want. You will achieve this by having a genuine desire to help people. You must look beyond money if you will win the heart of people to buy from you.

2. Don’t Choke People With Your Adverts.
I see a lot of folks making this mistake. Yes, you need to be outspoken about your business but you will make your social media platform boring to people if all they see always is your adverts. You will need to make your platforms interested by posting contents of value that can help people in their lives and endeavors.

For example, If you are a stylist or sell hair products, you need to be churning out contents on how people can take care of their hair themselves. They will see you as an expert in your field and will love you and want to patronise you any time they are ready.
Then, you will drop your business advert. This way people will see that you are concerned about their welfare and you are not out to exploit them. This will make them buy from you happily and continually.

SECRET THREE
Let your prices be affordable. Over the years I have seen people overcharging for the value they are giving out. I have seen many people placing a skyrocketed price over what they sell. You need to seriously put this into consideration especially in this lockdown period because a lot of people who will like to buy from you have their finances negatively affected by the pandemic lockdown. The source of income of many people have been strangled.

If you cannot lower your price, you can do some give-away or or give discount on your products and services. And if it is possible, you can do these three.

You will therefore be considered generous and compassionate when you try to beat down your price especially at this period. This will make people love you more and buy from you. You must see beyond now if your business will last long. You may not be making much profit for now but you can use this period to build a large base of loyal customers who will keep patronizing, recommend and eventually help you make great profits tomorrow. Astute businessmen are people who can see beyond the failures and challenges of now into the success of tomorrow. You can do this too!

I believe if you engage these secrets I have revealed to you both in Part 1 & 2 of this post, your business will be revived and survive as well as thrive in this lockdown period and beyond.

Never give up on your business. It’s your vehicle of prosperity.
