These terms and conditions apply if you choose to take up a subscription to WITFOUND . Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and set out the terms under which WITFOUND ., (we or us) make subscriptions available to you.
Ordering your subscription
Your subscription entitles you to act as our premium reader at WITFOUND. With more than 4 articles added every month, you can order your subscription at any time online.
Use of Personal Information
We use the personal and transactional information you supply to us in order to fulfil your order. Unless caused by fraud or negligence on behalf of our staff we do not accept any liability for any misuse of your information (in particular your card details) by any other person.
Prices displayed on the subscriptions section of the website will prevail at all times in relation to orders placed online. Prices quoted can be changed at any time at our discretion. Although we try to ensure that all prices are correct, errors may occur. We will refund you in full if you cancel the order and have already paid.
Credit Card Payment
If you are under 18 or are not using your own credit / debit card to pay for the subscription you must ask the permission of the card holder before entering payment details. By clicking “subscribe” you are confirming that you have obtained the express prior permission of the card holder.
Our mode of payment is through credit card or wallet with recurring payment, your card detail is safe with us. If you don’t want to subscribe and you are charged for the month email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and you will be refunded take note this only apply to subscription not more day a week, 7 days. You will be refunded back to your wallet.
Your subscription make us to reach more lives as a result of our company model (social enterprise) and also give you access to premium content. We are digital magazine but we deliver through our website and other outlet like apps and ebooks.
